Shipping & Returns
Please note: I am one person and this is a hobby! I’ll do my best to fulfill orders and respond to questions as soon as possible, but work & other obligations may cause delays.
Shipping
Orders will be packaged and shipped from a UPS location in Oregon or Washington based on the selection you made during checkout. Please allow 1-4 additional days for processing (i.e. me finding time to drive to UPS).
Returns
All sales are final, unless your product arrived damaged or defective (unplayable), then I will replace your order free of charge with proof of damaged or defective materials. If you have an issue with an order, please submit a claim.
Exchanges
I am unable to offer exchanges at this time, but repeat buyers are eligible for a 10% discount of their next purchase!
